McKinsey serves as Managing Director of Talent, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ) but is best described as our HR Guy. McKinsey oversees UWGPSNJ’s human resource functions, including organizational effectiveness, talent development and management, and workplace culture. He guides and inspires our team to continuously improve upon ourselves, collaborate with one another, and stay tapped into our region’s poverty alleviation needs.
Prior to joining UWGPSNJ, McKinsey served in human resource and management roles within the corporate sector, including Unisys Corporation, The Sherwin William’s Company, TownePark and Target Corporation. His well-rounded approach to career and organizational development allows our team to excel from the inside out.
McKinsey is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S.) and Widener University (M.H.R.). One of his proudest moments came last year when he was involved with Seed Spot (nonprofit that empowers budding entrepreneurs with access to mentors, business fundamentals, and capital sources) were he helped 23 local entrepreneurs graduate from the program and continue to grow their businesses.
When not at work, McKinsey likes to golf, read, spend time with his wife and dog, and sell real estate.
