Jessica Paschke

Chief Giving Officer

Jessica Paschke is the Chief Giving Officer and leads, directs, and executes all aspects of the organization’s philanthropy, volunteer, and engagement activities in support of UWGPSNJ’s mission to end inter-generational poverty.

Among her responsibilities will be leading the development and refinement of an integrated fundraising strategy that combines corporate and private philanthropy to raise approximately $40 million annually for the community, including gifts to support UWGPSNJ’s work to help those in need overcome barriers to quality early learning; financial empowerment; and opportunity, employment, and entrepreneurship. She will also oversee the development of volunteer and engagement opportunities that inspire participation in and extend the impact of UWGPSNJ’s work to end inter-generational poverty.

Prior to joining UWGPSNJ, Jessica served as Director of Development for Broad Street Ministry, where she generated record levels of corporate giving and volunteerism. She also established the organization’s renowned Hospitality and Corporate Council, which provides fundraising, ambassadorship, and meaningful volunteerism opportunities. Before joining Broad Street Ministry, Jessica built significant professional experience in the corporate sector with companies such as IOP Publishing and MOBI, an Indianapolis-based communications management company.

Jessica was named a Keeper by Leadership Philadelphia in 2016. She earned a certificate in “Women Leaders – Mastering Authenticity, Influence, and Power through Embodied Leadership” from Columbia University in 2017 and attended Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builders emerging leaders program in 2019. She was also the founder of the Firefly Literacy Fund, which worked to improve reading levels and bring books into the homes of individuals and families in need. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Culture from Indiana University.
