More than 100,000 donors contributed nearly $60 million to our United Way this past year. Of that total, more than $33.8 million was directed to our Impact Fund to improve Education, Income, Health and Basic Needs in our communities.
We are deeply grateful to those who choose United Way as their philanthropic partner, whether through our Impact Fund or through our Donor Choice program. Leadership donors, in particular, inspire others to join them in providing hope and opportunities to individuals in need and strengthening our communities.
The Kind Society is a Leadership recognition society that celebrates donors who have made a significant investment of $1,000 or more in our Impact Fund. The Society honors the remarkable generosity of Philip and Patricia Kind, who have supported our efforts to improve Education, Income and Health across the region for more than 60 years. Kind Society members are also recognized at the appropriate Giving Society Level, outlined above.
United Way’s Tocqueville Society is comprised of extraordinary philanthropists who give $10,000 or more annually to United Way, creating a profound and lasting Impact throughout the region. Learn more about the Tocqueville Society.
