Across our community, wherever you go, whatever you do, you’re likely to find union members hard at work. United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO share the same vision - to provide individuals with the resources they need to support their families. Through this relationship, the Labor Participation partnership reaches out to the community to build awareness of United Way labor services, to provide working families with information that is important, and to promote a spirit of volunteerism that directly impacts the community.

Meet the Associate Director of Labor Participation

Nicole Fuller serves as Associate Director of Labor Participation for United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey the Community Services Liaison for Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO since August 2011.

In this capacity, Nicole serves as the liaison between organized labor and United Way. She is responsible for building bonds of cooperation and involvement between the corporate, volunteer, and organized labor communities for all of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
